straight-line beveling machine is used for processing the different sizes and thickness of the flat glass,  which can be achieved coarse grinding- fine grinding and fine polishing for flat glass`s bevel edge,bottom edge at one time. straight-line beveling machine always matched with resin wheel （with good elasticity, fine diamond grits ,in the grinding process, the resin wheel also can achieve the polishing effect.  in the last polishing process,  widely to choose the wool wheels to wipe and clean the glass surface.

Position 1 and 2 motors are widely used for diameter 150mm full segments diamond wheel for coarse grinding (diamond grits:100#or150#);

Position 3 and 4 motor are widely used for diameter 150mm resin wheels for medium grinding(diamond girts:180# or 240#);

Position 5 motor is widely used for parallel wheels for grinding special edge of glass.(diamond girts:320#)

Position 6-7 motors are widely used for10S or wool wheel polishing wheels to fine polishing.

Depending on the different polishing effect you need to require different polishing wheels, for straight edging machine and bilateral edging machine, the matte glass can be achieved by use of 10S, wool wheel; If you want to achieve highlight effect, the last polishing wheel needs X5000, CE3 or wool wheel + polishing powder. For straight-line beveling machine, the last polishing process always use wool wheel + polishing powder .Customers also can selected appropriate grinding wheels according to the actual processing requirements.
